TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AND PURCHASE BOOKING / RESERVATION REQUESTS

In order for us to process your booking/reservation request, you are required to provide details of your credit card. Submission of your booking/request shall authorize by you for www.highmaastour.com to book the travel product(s) immediately on your behalf and charge your credit card for full payment upon receipt of the supplier’s confirmation of the availability of your requested travel product(s).
However, www.highmaastours.com will not automatically charge your credit card and make a booking/reservation on your behalf where there is a difference in the quoted rates.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
It is your responsibility to obtain a visa (where required). Please ensure you have a valid passport for the duration of your trip. If you require any further information on passport or visa requirements, please refer to our website or contact our customer services department.

NON-AVAILABILITY
All products and services offered on these websites are subject to availability and acceptance, at the discretion of the supplier of such product or service.
In the event a product or service booked by you is not available, www.highmaastours.com shall use its reasonable endeavors to suggest an alternative product or service of similar pricing and quality.
Where the product or service is either not available or our suggested alternative (where applicable) is not acceptable to you but is fully paid, we shall make a refund in accordance with our refund policy.
If you fail to accept our suggested alternative product or service by the specified deadline, we reserve our right to cancel the booking.

CANCELLATION PERIOD

In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled/partially cancelled, a cancellation charge will be levied. Any cancellation received will incur the following cancellation charges: –

Accommodation

• If notification of cancellation is received after booking is confirmed (check-in voucher issued) or payment is completed, there will be no cancellation charge except for a 10% or RM50 (whichever is higher) administration fee.
• If notification is less than 10 Malaysian business days before check-in date – 1 night room charge
• If notification is less than 7 Malaysian business days before check-in date – 100% of the total room charges
• No Show – 100% of the total charges
• Booking under promotional rate – no cancellation or amendment is allowed.

Tours, Transfer and Packages

• If notification of cancellation is received after booking is confirmed (hotel check-in voucher issued) or payment is completed there will be no cancellation charge except for a 20% or RM100 (whichever is higher) administration fee.
• If notification is less than 15 Malaysian business days before check-in date – 50% of total charges
• If notification is less than 10 Malaysian business days before check-in date – 100% of total charges
• Booking under promotional rate – no cancellation or amendment is allowed.

Flight, Bus, Coach or Ferry Ticket

• Non-refundable once ticket is issued.

To cancel your reservation, you must do one of the following:

• send us an e-mail (contact@highmaastour.com) with the word “CANCEL” in the subject line and quoting your booking ID e.g., 11111 if you have one. If you do not have a booking ID, please send the hotel name, location, guest names and relevant dates.

Failure to do so will result in you being subject to the conditions described above so it is imperative that you let us know as early as possible.

If, for any reason you don’t utilize your reservation and fail to contact us to cancel it, we do not refund any monies pertaining to the said booking

REFUND POLICY

Refunds may be made by www.highmaastours.com in the following circumstances:

• the product or service fully paid for is not available and our suggested alternative is not acceptable to you; or
• you cancel your booking within the time period stipulated in our travel voucher where refunds are available (the “Cancellation Period”)
